Small to mid-size teams. We set up at your office, work through a staggered schedule so nobody stands around waiting, and everyone is photographed in one visit. Typically covers 12–18 people depending on how tight the rotation runs.

For teams that are too large for a half-day but don't need a full day. Six hours on-site covers roughly 18–30 people on a managed rotation — the right fit for most mid-size firms photographing a full floor or leadership group in one visit.

Larger teams and company-wide updates. Extended on-site coverage with a managed rotation, so you can photograph 30, 50, or more without disrupting a full workday. Group and team shots can be added at the end.

Professional lighting and a backdrop station set up in a conference room or open space at your office. Nobody leaves the building.
Everyone Sees Their Images
I shoot tethered, so every frame comes up on screen. We adjust in real time and each person picks their own favorite — no one gets stuck with a frame someone else chose.
A Schedule That Moves
Staggered arrival times keep people working instead of waiting. We'll help you set up the sign-up sheet so the day runs on rhythm.
Finished Retouched Images
Retouched finals are delivered within two weeks of selection. Most teams choose one to three images per person, but we can scope more if you need them.
